By creating an account, using VPS4Forex, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Scope

VPS4Forex provides hosted infrastructure and management tools for MetaTrader terminals, Expert Advisors, and copy trading related workflows.

We do not provide financial, investment, brokerage, or trading advice.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate signup and broker credential information.
• Keep your login credentials and devices secure.
• Use the service only for lawful trading and automation activity.
• Review your own broker, EA, and copy trading settings before launch.

Billing and Capacity

Paid plans are billed according to the package and terminal capacity shown during checkout.

If your plan includes a terminal limit, VPS4Forex may block launches that exceed the active subscription capacity.

Availability and Risk

We aim to keep the platform available and responsive, but uptime is not guaranteed.

Trading and automation carry risk. You remain fully responsible for your strategies, account balances, orders, broker relationships, and compliance obligations.

Prohibited Use

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious files, abusing platform resources, or interfering with other users.
• Using the service for illegal activity, fraud, or market abuse.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse or non-payment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material updates will apply to future use of the service after publication.
